Demolition of Addison Grove Retaining Walls Begins in October

The Addison Grove townhome developer is about to begin construction on several units similar to the one pictured in the rendering above along the wall at the southwestern edge of the property. In accordance with the zoning requirements, the developer can now begin to remove the wall in this area. Construction of the units and demolition of the wall is expected to begin the week of October 19. 

The map below details the section of the wall slated to be removed during this initial phase. The wall will come down progressively as townhomes are started.
