Frost Bank Approved for Former Humperdink's Site

At its March 14 meeting, the City Council approved a zoning amendment for the 1.470 acre property at 3843 Belt Line Road that was formerly Humperdink's Restaurant and Brewpub to make way for a two-story Frost Bank building. The first floor of the building will be comprised primarily of the bank lobby, offices, and motor bank facilities. The second floor will provide additional offices, training rooms, and employee amenities. A drive-through with four covered lanes will be located at the rear of the building.

Frost Bank is a Texas-based bank providing banking, investment, and insurance services. It currently has a location in Addison at 15301 Dallas Parkway, Suite 100.
