The City Council approved Special Use Permits (SUP) for three new restaurants at its October 11 meeting: Ambrosia Café, Jeremiah's Italian Ice, and Buttermilk Biscuits Brunch House. Ambrosia Café is a full-service restaurant specializing in American-Mediterranean cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Located at 15375 Addison Road, they will also offer specialty coffee, teas, and smoothies. Attendees can also enjoy hookah, but alcohol will not be served and BYOB will not be available. You can watch Council's Ambrosia Café discussion here and read the presentation here.

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice is a dessert franchise that offers Italian ice, ice cream, and gelati. Since the launch of the first location in Florida, the franchise has grown to 71 locations across the southern United States with three currently operating in North Texas and six additional locations coming soon. The Addison location will be at 14380 Marsh Lane and will have a drive-thru. You can watch Council's Jeremiah’s Italian Ice discussion here and read the presentation here.

Moving into the same complex as Jeremiah's Italian Ice, Buttermilk Biscuits Brunch House is a casual, sit-down restaurant offering both indoor and outdoor dining. The menu will consist of various breakfast and lunch options along with an assortment of brunch cocktails. This will be the third location for the owners with two other locations in Highland Village and Frisco operating under the name Berries & Batter Café.  You can watch Council's Buttermilk Biscuit Brunch House discussion here and read the presentation here.
