At its December 14 meeting, the City Council approved an amendment to the Vitruvian Park concept plan to allow for rental townhomes at the southeast corner of Spring Valley Road and Vitruvian Way. This is a lower density option from the original plan that called for a 368-unit apartment complex in this location.

Council also approved the development plan which includes 85 three-story multifamily units, designed in a townhome form, and an amenity area near the center of the site. The unit mix ranges from one to three bedrooms units with an average unit size of 1,927 square feet. A two-car garage is provided for each unit at the ground level. The plan includes an eight-foot trail on the east side of the site in accordance with the Town’s Master Trails Plan as well as an improved streetscape on Bella Lane, to include a six-foot trail.
