Toasted Yolk Addison rendering

The City Council approved Special Use Permits (SUP) for three new restaurants at its September 13 meeting: The Toasted Yolk Cafe, Salad & Go, and La Pasha. The Toasted Yolk Café, a casual sit-down restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, will be taking over the former Remington's Seafood Gill location at 4580 Belt Line Road. The popular brunch spot currently has 22 locations around the country, two of which are in the DFW area in Southlake and Highland Village. You can watch Council's Toasted Yolk discussion here and read the presentation here.

Houston-based La Pasha Lounge and Grill will be taking over the previous home of Los Lupes at 3855 Belt Line. La Pasha is a full-service restaurant specializing in Mediterranean cuisine and handcrafted drinks, smoothies, coffees, and teas. The second outlet for La Pasha, the Addison restaurant will offer hookah but will not serve alcohol.  You can watch Council's Las Pasha Lounge and Grill discussion here and read the presentation here.

Council approved both an SUP and rezoning request to pave the way for a Salad & Go concept at 3820 Belt Line Road next to the former Humperdinks restaurant. Salad & Go is an Arizona-based fast food concept focused on healthy meal options in the form of salads, wraps, soups, specialty teas and lemonades, and breakfast options. Primarily a drive-thru, diners may also order via app-based options or at the walk-up window. The rapidly expanding restaurant chain recently opened a new office in Addison to help accommodate its growth. You can watch Council's Salad & Go discussion here and read the presentation here.
