Upcoming Public Hearing

The following Public Hearing will take place at the June 20 Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Meeting. P&Z Meetings are held at the Addison Conference Centre at 15650 Addison Road. The agenda will be posted on the Town's website three days before the meeting.

Case 1886-Z/16675 Addison Road. Hold a public hearing, present, discuss, and consider action on a request to amend the permitted uses, development standards, and development plans for Planned Development (PD) Ordinance Nos. 085-093, 095-054, and 096-006, for a 12.22± acre property located at 16675 Addison Road, to allow for the conversion of an existing call center site to a multi-building office/warehouse development with associated site improvements.
