Planning & Zoning Commission action on rezoning and development plan applications for the Addison Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) project will be postponed until the April 16 Commission meeting. This delay is necessary in order to allow for more consideration of proposed tree removal for the project and to provide time for the Co-Developers (AMLI and QIP) to continue to refine their plans. If the Commission takes action on these requests on April 16, these applications will be considered by City Council at their April 23 meeting.

Staff will still present on these applications at tonight’s meeting in order to re-orient the Commission and the community on the project. This presentation will summarize changes from the previous rezoning action addressed with these applications.  The meeting will be livestreamed on the Town’s website and the video will be available tomorrow morning at www.addisontexas.gov.
