We need Your Input on Updating Addison's Unified Development Code

Addison is in the process of a comprehensive review of the Town’s development regulations. Many of the Town’s rules for development were crafted in the 1980s and may not be keeping up with current development trends, shifting demographics, and evolving consumer preferences or current and future community needs. To accomplish this review, the Town is working with consulting firm, Clarion Associates. Clarion has completed an assessment of the Town’s current development regulations and identified opportunities for enhancement and areas where input is needed from the public.
