New Building Planned for Vacant Lot on Arapaho Road

At its November 10 meeting, the City Council approved a zoning change on the .57-acre vacant property at 4901 Arapaho Road to allow for the construction of a five-story building. The 41,388 square foot development will have a ground floor parking garage, plus four floors of office, showroom, and retail space. The new property owner, Bob Baumann, plans to relocate Edward Baumann Clothiers to the new building and add a luxury mattress showroom.
