Upcoming Public Hearings for June 18, 2024

The following public hearings will take place at the June 18 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting at the Addison Conference Centre. The agenda will be posted on the Town's website three days before the meeting.

  • Hold a public hearing, present, discuss, and consider action on a request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) for property located at 5000 Belt Line Road, Suite 230, that is currently zoned Planned Development (PD), through Ordinance No. 004-001, to allow a restaurant. Case 1914-SUP/5000 Belt Line Road, Suite 230 Road (Halal Guys).
  • Hold a public hearing, present, discuss, and consider action on a request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) for property located at 3767 Belt Line Road, that is currently zoned Planned Development (PD), through Ordinance Nos. 092-037 and 097-018, to allow a restaurant. Case 1917-SUP/3767 Belt Line Road (Krak Boba).
  • Hold a public hearing, present, discuss, and consider action on a request to rezone a 8.02± acre property generally located at the southwest corner of Midway Road and Beltway Drive from Planned Development (PD) to a new Planned Development (PD) district to allow for a development comprised of retail and restaurant uses, 166 multifamily dwelling units, 26 townhome fee simple lots, 16 townhome rental dwelling units, and associated public and private open space and common areas, through the approval of development plans and standards. Case 1911-Z/AMLI Treehouse, Phase II.
