Unified Development Code Community Meeting

Addison is in the process of a comprehensive review of the Town’s development regulations. Many of the Town’s rules for development were crafted in the 1980s and may not be keeping up with current development trends, shifting demographics, and evolving consumer preferences or current and future community needs. To accomplish this review, the Town is working with consulting firm, Clarion Associates. Clarion has completed a draft of Part 1 of 3 of the new Unified Development Code (UDC), which includes zoning districts, use regulations, and definitions sections, and would like the community's input.
