Bulk, Brush & HHW Collection Request
Fill in all the fields below to request a Bulk, Brush or Household Hazardous Waste collection. Contact us at 972-450-2871 if your items are not included in either list below or if you have any other bulk and brush pickup questions.
Please allow a minimum of 48 business hours (Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) for staff to collect; emergencies and special job operations may delay field crew response time.
Items that qualify for pickup include:
- Hot water heaters
- Mattresses
- Appliances without refrigerants
- Furniture
- Brush (less than 6 feet long)
- Bags of leaves
- Cardboard
- Paint*
- Batteries*
- Light bulbs*
*These items are considered hazardous waste. Please be sure to secure these items in a container, such as a cardboard box, and label them as hazardous waste before setting them out for pickup.
Items that DO NOT qualify for pickup include:
- Propane tanks
- Appliances containing refrigerants (refrigerators, freezers, AC units, etc.)
- Brush that is longer than 6 feet
- Concrete/Asphalt
- Bricks/Landscaping rock
- Tile flooring
- Soil
- Tires

Items to be collected must be set out at your curb or alley before submitting the collection request. Please specify where the items are placed in the "Description" field.
Our team cannot enter your property to collect items. Anything placed in your yard or driveway will not be collected.
This service is for single family residents only.
Commercial or multi family properties; please contact your waste provider for bulk collections.
We cannot schedule specific times or days for an individual collection. Collections are only carried out during our department's business hours (Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
