Water Restrictions (Drought Contingency Plan)

Water restrictions currently in effect for the Town of Addison per the Addison Code of Ordinances Chapter 82-Utilities, Article II-Water, Section 92- Water Conservation:

Business shall restrict their watering of lawns and landscaped areas and shall not water between the hours of 8am and 9pm. The term "businesses" includes all commercial, industrial, local retail properties and buildings, apartment complexes and condominiums. This section shall not apply to single-family residences.
