DART Crossing at Surveyor Boulevard Now Open Work to Begin on Quorum Drive on December 5

On Thursday, December 1, DART reopened Surveyor Boulevard at the DART rail crossing. DART's Silver Line design-build contractor Archer Western Herzog (AWH) has been working on the replacement of the Surveyor Road crossing for the DART Silver Line Regional Rail since August 1.

The last road crossing that needs to be completed for the Silver Line is at Quorum Drive. Beginning Monday, December 5, AWH will be closing the outside lanes of Quorum Drive at the railroad crossing for construction. They will also be closing McEntire Place from Lewis Place to Quorum for the first phase of construction which is slated to be completed by the end of January 2023. During Phase 2, the inside lanes on Quorum will be closed and McEntire Place reopened. This phase is expected to be finished by the end of March 2023.
