Keller Springs Road Revitalization Project Update

On October 12, 2022, Addison issued a Request for Proposals for the Keller Springs Road Revitalization Project. Proposal responses from two construction companies were opened on November 17, 2022 and both were over the project budget. Town staff and the design engineer are working together to implement ways to reduce the project cost and make the proposals more competitive. Staff intends to re-issue the Request for Proposals once the project's scope and design changes are finalized.
