Traffic Switch Planned on November 1 as Work Begins on South Side of Midway from Proton to Belt Line

As the main lane paving of the Midway Road Revitalization Project continues, the next phase is the removal and replacement of the existing pavement on the southbound lanes from Belt Line Road to Proton Drive. Traffic will be switched over to the northbound lanes Tuesday, November 1 after the morning rush hour. The traffic configuration will have one lane of traffic in each direction and a continuous left turn lane in the center. 

Drivers should pay close attention to the traffic control and lane assignments in this area and observe the location of signal heads and directional signage at the intersections.
