Utility Work on Celestial Road Continues December 14 -1 7

Ark Construction Services will be placing concrete beginning on December 14, at 1pm on Celestial Road near the Bellbrook Drive intersection. They will maintain one lane of traffic at all times, with flaggers on-site to direct traffic. The repairs will be done in three phases with an estimated completion date of Friday, December 17.
