Water Testing Scam Alert

There were recent Facebook posts that make it appear Addison's water is unsafe in order to convince residents to sign up for a free water test. These types of companies use free tests as a gimmick to get into your home and sell you a water treatment device - whether you need it or not.

Addison tests its water on a regular basis and shares the results on our website. The 2018 Water Quality Report confirms that the water Addison delivers to the community exceeds all Environmental Protection Agency requirements. Your safety is our top priority.
